It's a secret ... I just finished spinning this super soft blend of Alpaca and Merino so that I can make a wooly warm present for someone this festive winter season. Don't tell anyone ;)

FIBRE ARTS CLASSES

 

Feeling artsy?  Think you’ve got what it takes to make one of these yourself? Have the girls over for dinner and a glass of wine and make a scarf, bag or jewellery.  Perhaps you’ve always wanted to learn how to knit but didn’t have anyone to show you.  Knitting is coming back in and all the cool girls are learning this reclaimed craft.  This is not your grandma’s knitting group.  Please contact us for more information and pricing.

First Craft Sale

Our 1st craft sale went very well.  We found some wonderful homes for our knitted owls, felted scarves and dreadlocks.  Now we take a few weeks off, and then prep for Creative Chaos in June.

Fall Fair Winnings

Another successful year at the Salmon Arm Fall Fair.Nik and I won several awards.  1st Place for the Felted Scarf.  The little nickelbees’ entered some of their wonderful things as well and won a couple of ribbons.  I guess the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.  We will have the kids making sellable art in no time.  Pictures to follow!
